Over the last 6 months, we’ve helped 20+ founders scale their personal brands while running 7-figure businesses.
The results? Thousands of views and dozens of sales calls.
Our approach keeps your voice authentic while AI handles 80% of the heavy lifting.
Today, I’m sharing our exact workflow and the prompts we use so you can try it yourself.
Step 1: The Expert Interview
You can’t skip this step. AI is a powerful tool, but it can’t invent your unique expertise or perspective.
To create content that actually resonates, you need to start with an interview. If you’re doing this for yourself, simply take my list of questions here and dictate your answers into your favorite LLM.
This raw data will serve as the foundation for your entire month of content. Plus the prompt gives you topics for your content.
Step 2: AI Insight Engine
Don’t reinvent the wheel. Start by analyzing what’s already working for your competitors and industry influencers.
You can use automation tools to scrape posts from any LinkedIn profile and then let AI analyze the data. It will quickly identify which topics drive the most engagement and which ones fall flat, giving you a proven roadmap for your own content.
Here is the exact n8n workflow we use. It leverages the Unipile API to automate data collection. You can download the blueprint here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cAJsBs3nfUTH81YFPgkUUCeBowdc0_pH/view?usp=sharing

Step 3: Create stop-scrolling images
A great image is more than just decoration - its main job is to visually amplify your message and make people stop scrolling. I use a few high-performing prompts to get these unique, eye-catching results.
You’ll find my favorite ones listed below.

TECH INFOGRAPHIC.
To create these visuals, I use Google AI Studio with the Nano Banana Pro model. I simply paste the prompt (shared below) and insert my post text into it. The AI then analyzes the context and generates a custom image that perfectly illustrates the topic.
[STYLE ANCHOR]:
Minimalist professional B2B SaaS infographic style, 2D flat vector design.
High contrast solid black background. Primary accent color: Electric Blue (#0055FF), secondary accent: Vivid Purple (#ab85fe).
Clean bold sans-serif typography. Tech-marketing aesthetic, thin clean lines, minimalist flat icons. 2D flat vector style, thin clean lines. Visualize one single core concept from the post.
MUST Use a very simple design with a maximum of 3-5 key concepts/keywords.
[CONTENT TASK]:
Create a streamlined visual diagram based on the summary of the text below. Visualize ONLY the structure (e.g., the flow or steps), ignoring the detailed explanations.

[LAYOUT INSTRUCTION]:
Organize the content into a very simple structure (Flowchart or Step-by-Step).
Visual Metaphor: Use arrows and icons to show progression.
Spaciousness: Keep 50% of the canvas empty (white space).
Simplicity: If the text describes a complex process, reduce it to just 3 simple icons connected by lines. Here is Google AI Studio interface

Step 4: Perfecting the Tone of Voice
To ensure the AI truly captures the client’s unique style, I run a dedicated Tone of Voice (ToV) prompt. This step is crucial for mirroring their natural way of speaking and preserving that essential human touch. It’s the secret to keeping every post 100% authentic and relatable. Here is the prompt I use:
You are a LinkedIn ghostwriter. Rewrite the following post to match this specific client voice profile:
## CLIENT VOICE PROFILE:
Tone & Personality:
- Direct, raw, unfiltered
- Conversational, like talking to a friend over drinks
- Mix of professional insight + emotional honesty
- Uses profanity/slang naturally
Structure & Formatting:
- Numbered sections (1️⃣ 2️⃣ 3️⃣) with expanded explanations under each
- Checkmarks (✔️) for lists within sections
- Emojis as accents at the END of key thoughts (🤯 ☠️ 🙈 🤝), not decoratively
- Longer format — doesn't fear depth if there's substance
Content Style:
- MUST include specific examples from real experience (numbers, percentages, case studies)
- States strong opinions as facts: "In fact — it's 100% opposite!"
- Acknowledges complexity, doesn't oversimplify
- Contrarian takes against "gurus" and popular advice
Opening & Closing:
- Can start with a greeting to the audience OR a provocative hook
- Ends with a direct question to the reader
- No generic CTAs like "Follow for more"
## RULES:
1. Keep the core message but rewrite in this voice
2. Add numbered sections if the original lacks structure
3. Insert at least one specific example/number if missing
4. Use emojis sparingly but strategically
5. Match the "raw" conversational energy — not polished LinkedIn-speak
POST EXAMPLE 1:
[Insert 5-10 posts examples here]
## WORD LIMIT: 180-220 words
## POST TO REWRITE:
[INSERT here created post]
## SOURCE OF TRUTH
Here is the call transcript as a source of truth for this post. Make sure that the post represents the most powerful ideas and opinions, shared on the call:
[INSERT CALL TRANSCRIPT]Step 5: Turning Engagement into Conversations
Once the post is live, the real work begins. We collect data on everyone who engages - likers, commenters, and even profile visitors. After filtering them against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), we launch a soft outreach sequence with a simple, non-invasive message:
'Hi [Name], I noticed you liked my post. Are you currently looking into content creation strategies, or just doing some research?'
The goal isn't to sell right away, but to start a friendly conversation and see if we can actually help. It’s a low-pressure way to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Tools we use here: Unipile, HeyReach.
To summarize:
While I’ve shared the 5 core execution steps above, our full agency workflow includes quality assurance and strategy layers. Here is the complete 8-step ecosystem we use for clients:
Deep Discovery Call: We start by uncovering unique expertise, insights, and business goals.
Building the Context Engine: A deep dive into competitor analysis and a full brand knowledge base.
Content Matrix: Crafting a high-impact content plan for the month ahead.
Brand-Aligned Visuals: Generating custom, scroll-stopping AI images based on company brand book.
Quality & ToV Verification: Cross-checking every post for accuracy and Tone of Voice consistency.
Client Review & Approval: You get the final say to ensure every detail is spot on.
Launch & Deep Analytics: Tracking ICP engagement to see who is actually interacting with your posts.
Intent-Based Outreach: Initiating warm, non-invasive conversations with high-quality leads.

You now have the full roadmap to build this LinkedIn growth engine yourself.
However, if you’d rather focus on your business and let experts handle the strategy and technical setup, we’re here to help.
With ❤️ to your content, Regina.
