Hi everyone!

First of all, I want to wish you a very Happy New Year! I hope 2026 brings you massive success and sees all your genius ideas come to life.

I hope the content you share this year not only grows your business but also showcases the incredible value you bring to the table. Let’s kick off the year by turning your best thoughts into powerful posts that truly resonate with your audience on LinkedIn. Here’s to your success!

To help you hit the ground running without the usual burnout, I want to solve the #1 hurdle every creator faces: the "blank page" syndrome.

We’ve all been there: you want to post, but you’re short on time and fresh ideas. Today, I’m sharing the exact list of onboarding questions I use with my clients to "mine" for content gold.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to Google AI Studio and select Gemini 3 Pro Review (or your preferred version).

  2. Answer the questions using your voice. Don’t type! Speak. It’s the best way to capture all the raw, authentic details.

  3. Ask Gemini to structure your answers.

  4. Drop the structured text into my custom prompt (see below), and it will generate 10 high-quality post ideas for you instantly.

Let’s go!

CONTENT MINING QUESTIONS

🎄 Market Philosophy & Benchmarks

  • The Contrast Question:

Who is the 'gold standard' in your niche that you admire, and who is the 'popular expert' that you absolutely disagree with? What specifically makes their approach feel like 'white noise' or 'spam' to you?

  • The "Anti-Hero" Stance:

What is the industry standard practice that everyone else is obsessed with, but you find actually causes a 'nausea reflex' for your clients?

🎄 The ‘Impossible’ Results

  • The 80/20 of Success:

You achieved [Specific Result]. Most people get 30%. What is the 20% of your technical process that the other 80% of the market is completely missing?

  • The ‘Production-Ready’ Reality:

In your niche, there are a lot of 'templates' and 'hacks.' Why do these 'out-of-the-box' solutions usually fail when they hit real-world production, and how do you bridge that gap?

🎄 Industry Myths & ‘The Hard Truth’

  • The ‘Easy Button’ Lie:

Everyone says [AI/This Tool/This Strategy] has made your niche easier. You argue it's actually 100x harder. Why is the 'lowering of the bar' actually making it more difficult for high-level players to survive?

  • The adoption Gap:

Why do you think 90% of your competitors are only using 10% of the potential of their tools? What are they afraid to implement?

🎄 Future Predictions (Futurism)

  • The 24-Month Shift:

Looking at the horizon of 2026/2027, what is currently 'working' that will be completely dead by then? What is the 'new skill' that hasn't even been named yet but will be mandatory for survival?

  • The Proactive Pivot:

What is the one thing you are experimenting with right now that your competitors would think is 'crazy' or 'too early'?

🎄 Methodology & Efficiency

  • The Leverage Secret:

If you had to achieve 10x the results with the same amount of people, what manual 'human' process would you kill first, and what would replace it?

  • The ‘Single Source of Truth’:

In your expert workflow, what is the one 'anchor' or 'source of truth' that keeps the whole system from collapsing under its own complexity?

🎄 Personal Breakthroughs

  • What was the most recent 'lightbulb moment'?

  • Beyond the service you sell, what is the 'internal philosophy' or 'mental model' you want your clients to adopt so they can actually win in the long term?

WHAT’S NEXT?

Once you’ve answered and structured your responses, just plug them into the prompt below. You’ll get a list of high-impact post ideas based entirely on your unique insights.

Role:
You are a Senior Content Strategist and LinkedIn Personal Branding Expert. Your specialty is P2P (Person to Person) communication. You don't do "plastic" AI fluff; you extract raw, high-value expertise ("The Meat") to build massive authority.

Context:
I am providing you with a raw interview transcript from an expert. Most LinkedIn advice is BS—we are looking for the "10% truth" that actually converts. AI is only a multiplier; we need the expert's unique experience to be the core.

Task:
Analyze the provided interview transcript and extract the 10 most powerful, provocative, and high-authority topics—one for each of the content pillars defined below.

My 5 Content Pillars:

1. Personal Insights: Focus on habits, goals, mindset shifts, or life lessons that build a deep human connection.

2. Industry / Trends: Deep market assessments, contrarian forecasts, or data-driven takes that cement "Authority" status.

3. Cases & Proof: Real-world problem solving. How a specific technical process solved a client’s pain (must feel like a case study, not an ad).

4. Educational / How-to Guides: Actionable frameworks, checklists, or "how-to" guides that the audience can implement or save.

5. Behind-the-scenes: The "internal engine"—how the product is built, weekly "f-ups" (failures), team workflows, or raw "production-ready" reality.

Requirements for each of the 10 topics:

- Headline (The Hook): Sharp, provocative, or pain-driven. It must stop the scroll.

- The Essence (The Meat): A brief description of the specific unique insight from the interview. Why is this not "white noise"?

- The Evidence (Direct Quote): Find and paste a verbatim quote from the transcript that supports this topic.

- The Contrast: What popular industry myth or "standard practice" does this insight challenge or destroy?

Mandatory Rule:
Do NOT hallucinate.
If the interview does not contain enough "meat" for a specific pillar, state: "Insufficient data in the interview for this pillar."

We only build content on real expertise.
